It is based on their patented process called "3D Hyaluronic Acid Matrix Technology.  Surgiderm claims to have a greater resistance to degradation, meaning it should last longer then comparable hyaluronic based fillers.  The Surgiderm product line includes Surgiderm 18, Surgiderm 24 XP, Surgiderm 30, Surgiderm 30 XP, Surgilips, and Surgilift Plus.
